How to book
- Send us an enquiry, or call the office. We will confirm availability and send you a written quotation with the full inclusions.
- Pay the 50% advance to confirm your seat. We issue a receipt.
- Submit your documents. We prepare and lodge the visa application where the package includes one.
- Pay the balance before ticketing or document submission.
- We issue your final documents, itinerary and group leader contact details before departure.
Payment methods
Cash at our office, bank transfer, or online transfer. Bank details are provided with your quotation. Please never transfer money to a personal account that has not been confirmed in writing by our office.
Cancellation by you
Because we buy airline seats, hotel rooms and visa slots in advance, cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the terms of those suppliers. As a general guide:
- More than 45 days before departure: the deposit less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (typically visa fees and any issued tickets).
- 15–45 days before departure: a partial charge reflecting hotel and airline penalties at that point.
- Under 15 days, or no-show: generally no refund, as the supplier costs are fully committed.
The exact figures for your booking are stated in your written confirmation before you pay. We would rather have that conversation upfront than argue about it later.
What is never refundable
- Visa fees, once an application has been submitted.
- Issued air tickets on non-refundable fares.
- Any supplier payment we have already made and cannot recover.
Cancellation by us
Group departures require a minimum number of travellers. In the rare event that a departure does not reach that number, we will offer you an alternative date, an alternative package, or a full refund of everything you have paid us.
Changes and transfers
Name changes and date transfers are sometimes possible and always attract the airline or hotel penalty applicable at the time. Ask us as early as you can — the cost usually rises the closer you get to departure.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation and cancellation. We can arrange it if you would like us to.
