Our domestic tours are operated jointly with Dil Dil Pakistan Tours. They have been running coaches north out of Karachi for years, and the partnership plays to what each of us does well: they handle the coaches, the drivers and the ground arrangements up north; we handle your booking, your payments and the group leadership.
In practice that means executive-class coaches rather than standard service, hotels that have been inspected rather than booked off a listing site, and drivers who have been on the Karakoram Highway in bad weather — which on the Kashmir and Gilgit routes matters more than anything else on the itinerary.
Abdul Qadir (+92 333 2172855) is the Dil Dil Pakistan tour operator contact.

No. Most of our northern departures offer an Islamabad-to-Islamabad price for travellers who would rather fly up and join the group there. It is cheaper, and it removes the longest leg of the journey.
May to September for the valleys. June and July are peak — the weather is settled, the passes are open and the cherry and apricot are in. Autumn is spectacular in Hunza but colder, and much of the north closes over winter.
Yes, and families make up most of our northern groups. The long coach legs are the hardest part for small children; the Islamabad-to-Islamabad option removes most of it.
Lunches, air tickets, personal shopping, and any adventure activity charged locally. Transport, hotels, breakfast, dinner, the guide and the sightseeing named on the package page are all included.
Eid and summer-vacation groups usually fill weeks ahead. Register your interest and we will hold you a seat while you decide.
