Saify Travels was established in 2004 as a sister company of Saify Iron (Pvt) Ltd, and has grown into one of Karachi's established names for religious and leisure travel. We are not the cheapest agency in the city, and we do not try to be.
Government Licence #2145, trading since 2004, with a physical office in Saddar you can walk into before you pay anything.
A group leader from our own office travels with every departure — through immigration, into the hotel, and at every ziyarat.
The figure we quote is the figure you pay. Every inclusion and exclusion is written on the package page before you book.
A named contact for your group on WhatsApp, from the day you book until the day you land back in Karachi.
Our domestic tours are operated jointly with Dil Dil Pakistan Tours, who have been running coaches north out of Karachi for years. Hunza, Naltar, Neelum Valley, Shogran and Skardu — executive-class coaches, hotels we have actually stayed in, drivers who know the Karakoram Highway in bad weather, and a group leader from our office travelling with you.
We had been putting off Umrah for years because my mother is elderly and I was worried about the walking. Saify Travels booked us into a hotel about six minutes from the Haram and their group leader walked with us the first two nights until my mother knew the way. That is not something you can put in a brochure. Everything else — visa, transfers, ziyarat in both cities — was arranged without us having to chase anything.
Third time doing ziyarat, first time with Saify. The difference was the coaches — private, on time, and we were never left standing anywhere. Shabbir bhai was on WhatsApp the whole trip. Kadhimain and Samarra were both properly covered, which is not always the case with the cheaper groups.
Ten days, two children under twelve, and I genuinely did not have to think about a single arrangement. The coach was comfortable, the hotels were better than I expected, and the jeep ride up to Naltar was the highlight of my son's year. The bonfire evening was a lovely touch. We are already asking about Skardu for next summer.
The guide in Cairo made the trip. We would have walked past ninety percent of the museum without understanding any of it. Everything ran to time, the hotel was central, and when our flight home was moved they had already rearranged the airport transfer before I even knew about it.
We have run our company ticketing through Saify for six years. Straightforward invoicing, they find fares we cannot find ourselves, and when something goes wrong at an airport somebody actually picks up the phone. That last part is worth more than the fare difference.
Booked the Eid tour for eleven of us across three generations. They arranged the seating so the older relatives were together at the front, and adjusted the Siri Paye excursion so my father-in-law could stay at the hotel rather than do the jeep track. Small things, but it is what made it work for a family group.

WhatsApp usSend us an enquiry or call the office. We confirm availability and send you a written quotation with the full inclusions. A 50% advance confirms your seat, you submit your documents, and the balance is paid before ticketing or document submission. We issue a receipt for every payment.
50% of the package cost confirms your booking, with the balance due before documents are submitted or tickets are issued — whichever comes first. For some late bookings full payment may be required upfront; we will always tell you in writing before you pay.
Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the airline and hotel terms for that package. Visa fees and issued tickets are generally non-refundable. The exact figures for your booking are stated in your written confirmation before you pay. Full details are on our Booking & Cancellation Policy page.
For most international packages: a passport valid at least six months beyond travel, your CNIC (B-Form for children under 18), recent passport-size photographs with a white background, and the completed booking form. Each package page lists anything additional.
Yes, for the destinations we operate. We check your documents, prepare the file and submit it. Visas are granted at the discretion of the embassy concerned — we cannot guarantee an outcome, but we will tell you honestly how strong your application looks before you pay the fee.
For our standard Umrah groups, roughly 400 to 800 metres from Masjid al-Haram — a five to ten minute walk — and within the Markaziya area in Madinah. The exact hotel and distance are confirmed in writing at booking. Closer accommodation can be arranged for elderly travellers at additional cost.
