Saify Travels (“we”, “us”) operates saifytravels.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter or book a package, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, party details, and — where a booking proceeds — passport and identity documents needed to process visas and tickets.
Our website also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through website analytics.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To process bookings, visas, tickets and hotel reservations.
- To contact you about your booking before and during travel.
- To send you information about new departures, if you have asked us to.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to licensed travel agents.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with airlines, hotels, ground operators, embassies and consulates in order to complete your booking. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Passport and identity documents
Documents supplied for visa processing are held only for as long as needed to complete the application and to meet our record-keeping obligations. They are stored securely and are not shared beyond the relevant embassy or consulate and the airline.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Booking records are kept for the period required by Pakistani law for licensed travel agents.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
