Umrah and Ziyarat are not holidays, and they should not be sold like them. For most families this is a journey planned over years and paid for out of savings, and the details that matter are not the ones a brochure tends to highlight.
How far is the hotel from the Haram — really, in walking minutes, not in a map screenshot? Is there somebody with the group who can help an elderly traveller at two in the morning? Is the transport between Karbala and Najaf a private coach, or will you be waiting at a stand? Those are the questions we build our packages around.
We run escorted Umrah groups throughout the year, with the heaviest programme between October and Ramadan. Visa processing is included, hotels are booked by walking distance from Masjid al-Haram and within the Markaziya area in Madinah, and ziyarat in both cities is arranged with a guide. A group leader from our own office travels with every departure.
Our Iraq programme covers Karbala, Najaf, Kadhimain and Samarra, on both direct flights and Dubai connections, in itineraries from eight to eleven days. For travellers who have made the journey before, our fourteen-day KUN, Shaam and Jordan group extends the same route into Syria and Jordan.
Arbaeen and Muharram departures are heavily subscribed and are announced months in advance. If those dates matter to you, register your interest early rather than waiting for the flyer.

For an ordinary departure, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For Ramadan, Arbaeen or Muharram, three to four months — the constraint is hotel availability near the Haram, not the visa.
Yes, in every group Umrah package. You supply the documents listed on the package page and we prepare and submit the file.
On our standard Makkah groups, roughly 400 to 800 metres from Masjid al-Haram — a walk of about five to ten minutes. We state the hotel and the distance in your booking confirmation. If you need closer for elderly travellers, we can price it.

Yes. Private itineraries cost more per head than a group but give you control over dates, hotel standard and pace. It is a common choice for families travelling with elderly parents.
