Who we are
Saify Travels is a travel agency licensed by the Government of Pakistan under licence G.L. # 2145, with its office at Shop # 97 Najmi Market, Saddar, Karachi.
Quotations and prices
Prices published on this website are per person on the sharing basis stated, and are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation. They remain subject to airline fares, hotel rates and currency movement until tickets are issued and the booking is confirmed in full.
Where a package page shows “price on request”, it is because publishing a fixed figure would mislead — the cost depends on your dates, party size and the hotel category chosen.
Bookings and payment
- A 50% advance confirms your seat unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- The balance is payable before documents are submitted or tickets issued, whichever falls first.
- We issue a receipt for every payment. Please keep them.
- A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing.
Passports, visas and documents
It is your responsibility to hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your date of travel, and to provide accurate documents. Visas are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We prepare and submit applications carefully but cannot guarantee an outcome, and visa fees are not refundable once an application has been lodged.
Changes to itineraries
Itineraries may be adjusted for flight schedules, weather, road conditions or local circumstances. Where a named hotel is unavailable we substitute one of the same or a better standard and inform you. Any change to the substance of a package is discussed with you before travel.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy and are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
Conduct and liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and ground operators. We are not liable for loss, delay or injury caused by those suppliers or by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, border closures and changes in government policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Travellers are expected to observe local laws and customs, particularly on religious itineraries. We reserve the right to remove from a group any traveller whose conduct puts others at risk, without refund.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell the group leader at the time — most problems can be fixed on the spot. Anything unresolved should be put in writing to info@saifytravels.com within 30 days of your return.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi.
