This is the departure most of our regular families book. Fourteen days is long enough to settle into a rhythm — you are not spending half the trip recovering from the flight and packing again — and splitting it between Makkah and Madinah gives real time in both Harams.
What separates a good Umrah group from a bad one is rarely the airline. It is whether the hotel is genuinely walkable, whether transport turns up, and whether there is somebody with the group who can sort out a problem at eleven at night. We have been running these departures since 2004 and a leader from our own office travels with every one.

Day-by-day itinerary
Report at Karachi airport with your group leader. On arrival at Jeddah you are met and assisted through immigration, then transferred by private coach to Makkah. Check in, rest, and perform your first Umrah with the group.
Overnight: Makkah hotel
Days in Makkah are deliberately unhurried so you can spend them in the Haram. A guided ziyarat covers Jabal al-Noor, Ghar-e-Hira, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat and Masjid Ayesha.

Transfer to Madinah by private coach. Check in to your hotel in the Markaziya area, within walking distance of Masjid an-Nabawi.
Overnight: Madinah hotel
Guided ziyarat of Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Jannat al-Baqi and the site of Uhud, with the rest of your time free for the Riyaz-ul-Jannah and the Haram.
Overnight: Madinah hotel
Transfer to the airport for your return flight, with assistance throughout.

- Vaccination certificate as required by Saudi authorities at the time of travel

- A 50% advance confirms your seat; the balance is payable before documents are submitted or tickets issued.
- Prices are per person on the sharing basis stated and are subject to airline, hotel and currency movement until ticketing.
- Visas are granted at the discretion of the relevant embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
- Hotels named are indicative; where a named hotel is unavailable we substitute one of the same or better standard and tell you in advance.
- The itinerary may be adjusted for flight timings, weather or local conditions. Any change to the substance of the package is confirmed with you first.
- Cancellation charges apply as set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Questions about this package
Our standard Makkah hotels for this group are within roughly 400–800 metres of Masjid al-Haram, and Madinah hotels are in the Markaziya area within a few minutes' walk of Masjid an-Nabawi. Exact hotels are confirmed in writing at booking. If you need something closer for elderly travellers we can price that separately.
Yes. Visa processing is included. You provide the documents listed under "Documents required" and we prepare and submit the file.

The child rate applies to children aged 2 to 11 sharing a room with two paying adults. Infants under 2 travel at $300. Children needing a separate bed are quoted at the adult rate.
